Let Us Install Your Springfree Trampoline, we have been building Springfree trampolines for more than 15 years, Springfree UK even subcontract us to build trampolines that they have sold with Installation!

You can order a springfree trampoline with us over the phone and add the installation or you can include installation when you purchase through our website.  We will even build a Springfree trampoline that you have purchased elswehere!  Any questions? We can build in all areas other than the postcodes listed below:

How much does your installation service cost?

• If you are buying your Springfree trampoline from Wicken Toys the installation prices are shown on the product pages for the different postcode zones.  They are cheaper than buying this installation.
• If you have purchased a Springfree Trampoline from somewhere else our installation prices are England - £200.  Scotland, Devon & Cornwall - £250.

 

When will my trampoline be installed?

UK mainland within 5 working days. Scotland, Cornwall & Devon within 12 working days.  Some restrictions do apply, see above.  We will call you to book in the installation.  

 

I've just purchased a Springfree Trampoline from another retailer, can I take advantage of your service?

Do I need to be home for installation?

It is preferred if you can be at home but we understand that it is not always possible and we build a lot of Springfree trampolines where no one is at home.  We will always book in with you and it is at this point that we can take instructions from you.  We normally ask you to mark the area, with something like a chair.  We can them move it and build the trampoline.  The trampoline is more than moveable by a single person if it is not inch perfect.

 

How long does the installation take place?

It depends on the model but typically installation takes approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour for a standard trampoline build although it may take longer depending on the model of trampoline and accessories purchased.

 

Springfree Trampoline Positioning.

The installation team will build your trampoline where you indicate in your garden.  Please note that trampolines should be placed on flat ground, ideally grass.  Ground anchor kits are not included in the installation service and the service does not include any ground work to level a site.  Trampolines must not be installed on hard standing as this can damage the trampoline but it can also put the trampoline users at greater risk of injury.

 

Safety Zone.

The Springfree Trampolines requires 5ft (1.5) of clearance space for each side of the Trampoline.  This adds 10ft (3m) to the dimensions of the Springfree trampoline that you are looking at  / or already have purchased.  These space requirements are VERY important to follow for safety.
